Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 0-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During peak seasons, processing may take up to 7 business days, including Saturdays.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or federal holidays.
  • If delays occur due to high order volume, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Carriers

We use a variety of shipping carriers, including but not limited to:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • Other major shipping providers as necessary

Carrier selection depends on the destination, order size, and shipping method chosen at checkout.

3. Shipping Availability

  • We currently ship only within the U.S. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • Orders can be shipped to residential and business addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.
  • If shipping to a P.O. Box, you are responsible for any issues that may arise, including lost or delayed deliveries.

4. Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight, and selected carrier rates.
  • Delivery time estimates are unavailable at this time. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the carrier used.

5. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to be reflected in the carrier’s system.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • A Faith Full Seed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout, and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us at customerservice@afaithfullseed.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and customers will be notified via email if necessary.
