Returns
Returns can be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
We will process a refund minus the packaging cost within 14 days of receiving the returned package from the shipping carrier.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@afaithfullseed.com to obtain a return shipping label. Please include your original receipt or packing slip with the returned item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
- If your package is returned to us unopened due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery, we will process a refund minus the packaging cost and if there was free shipping included that cost will me subtracted as well within 14 days of receiving the returned package from the shipping carrier.
- We do not reship packages.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been shipped and moved to fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
If you believe you have a valid reason for requesting a refund based on the criteria mentioned above, please contact us at customerservice@afaithfullseed.com. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Any relevant photos
Customer Responsibility for Product Storage
“Once an order has been delivered, A Faith Full Seed is not liable for any contamination, spoilage, or mold growth due to improper storage, exposure to moisture, heat, or other environmental factors. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for products damaged due to storage issues beyond our control.”
